Group of companies AK-Service has a large production and warehouse complex located in St. Petersburg, in close proximity to many European countries. Our production includes several sections with modern high-tech equipment, which allows us to produce a wide range of quality products in the shortest possible time. All our employees are trained and constantly improve their professional skills. The whole cycle of sewing such products as bags, rucksacks, masks for sleeping, slippers and other textile products is carried out at the sewing production section. We also make the sole for our slippers ourselves, so we can fashion it in any color and thickness. Using professional equipment for embroidery and silkscreen printing we can implement various types of printing logos and prints of any complexity on textiles, which allows us to create bright and colorful road sets. In the components production section there is modern equipment, used for the plastics production with the possibility of logo printing. Toothbrushes, shoe horns, combs, lunch boxes and sponges for shoes are just some of the products we manufacture.
AK-Service also manufactures cosmetic products for road sets and HoReCa segment. We produce soap, wet wipes in individual packing, shampoos and shower gels in bottles and sachets, toothpaste and cream. All our equipment conforms with sanitation and hygiene regulations; we comply with all conditions of cosmetic products storage. Depending on the type finished products are packed automatically (flow-pack) or manually. Before packing all components are thoroughly checked for consistency and quality. AK-Service carries out a multistage quality control of the products at all stages of production, from checking incoming raw materials to finished products. Product quality is one of the essential criteria of our work evaluation. We are proud to produce really high-quality products. Our warehouse allows us to solve the whole range of tasks to store raw materials and finished products.
